CT NORTHSTARS FALLFEST GAME RULES 
 
High School Rules                                                            2 Time Outs per Half (Use them or lose them)
 
One & one at 10                                                                 Double Bonus at 13
 
Mercy Rule: Last 4 Minutes of the game +20 will be running time . If at any point the score goes below 20 the clock will stop again.
 
Mercy Rule: Any point in second half a team is up by 30 will become running time. If at any point the score goes below 20 the clock will stop again.
 
Over Time
 
Over Time = 2 Minutes (1 Timeout per team)                      Second over time = 1 Minute (1 Timeout per team)
 
Third overtime = 1 Minute (1 Timeout per team)
 
 
Notes
 
Each team must supply a scorekeeper for the book or clock
 
 Tie Break will be determined on a 15 +/- point system
 
If still tied when it comes to the point system will revert back to head to head
