Assistant Coach Christian Rodriguez
Coach Christian Rodriguez first had his start with the CT NorthStars in 8th grade.Since his start, he’s been a Counselor at the summer camp held by Coach Katie DaCosta where he developed his love for coaching and mentoring other kids. He recently graduated from A.I. Prince Technical High School and completed his trade studies in the field of masonry. Coach Chris has dedicated his life to the sport of basketball and has even passed this devotion on to his younger siblings. After playing for Coach Katie for 5 years , Chris has decided to become a coach to give back and share his love for the game with many others. He hopes to one day be offered a collegiate coaching job or even a coaching position overseas. Now that Chris isn’t playing AAU anymore he trains his younger sister and brother. When Coach isn’t training his siblings he is coach Mini Ball and spreading his love for the game with every kid he encounters.

Coach Trey Krol started his time with the CT Northstars when he was in 8th grade. He is currently a senior at Wethersfield High School graduating in June 2020. Trey plans to attend CCSU and major in Physical Education. With his passion for the sport of basketball, Coach Trey enjoys passing that passion of the game to the kids. He has shown that through being a coach for the Northstars Mini Ball program. In his future, Trey plans to balance a P.E. teaching job and continue being a coach.
