CT NORTHSTARS OPEN GYM
CT Northstars will be conducting open gym EVERY  FRIDAY at the CT Northstars SportsPlex. This is where athletes will be able to get runs for two hours. Any questions please feel free to contact:

Get ready to get some run in or work on your game! Friday night open gyms return to Northstars Sportsplex.

Who Can Join: Open to CT Northstars athletes as well as non-affiliated players (athletes playing or affiliated with other AAU programs are not allowed).

Format: Pick-up games, open court time, and shooting reps.

Open Gym Rules:  No Personal Training: Court space is strictly dedicated to open runs and individual shooting—outside individual/personal training is not permitted during this time.

Spectator Policy: Parents are not allowed on the courts during the 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM youth runs (please watch from designated spectator areas). Lace up, bring your game, and come get some work in!--
